Thin slices of sponge cake, butter cream, coffee & chocolate, garnished with gold leaf

Lemon Meringue Tart
Citrus lemon curd filling with a lightly whipped & gently baked French meringue

Carrot Cake
Lightly spiced with sultanas, cream cheese frosting & a trio of dried fruits
