Indestructible

"Since we have a Kingdom nothing can destroy, let us please God by serving him with thankful hearts and with holy fear and awe. For our God is a consuming fire."

Simple Faith and Plain Truth

"The first thing I want you to do is pray. Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know. Pray especially for rulers and their governments to rule well so we can be quietly about our business of living simply, in humble contemplation. This is the way our Savior God wants us to live.
He wants not only us but everyone saved, you know, everyone to get to know the truth we’ve learned: that there’s one God and only one, and one Priest-Mediator between God and us—Jesus, who offered himself in exchange for everyone held captive by sin, to set them all free. Eventually the news is going to get out. This and this only has been my appointed work: getting this news to those who have never heard of God, and explaining how it works by simple faith and plain truth." [1 Timothy 2:1-7 MSG]

The way to go

We’re at a season with our 2 kiddos na ubos ubos lakas talaga pero super saya din naman at the same time. Super active at masayahin ang mga batuta nmin and they really give LIFE and ENERGY to our home. Maraming pagkakataon na gigil na gigil kme sa pagka-cute nila at minsan nman ay gigil sa pagkayamot tuwing mag-aaway, iyakan o tantrum sila. But we are really enjoying every time with them—every kulitan, lambingan, tawanan, kiss, hug, piggy-back ride, stroll, storytime, playtime, bathtime, naptime, prayertime, arts or writing time—ALL THE TIME!
We can’t do parenting all by ourselves. Buti nlng talaga andyan si LORD para magbigay lakas, gabay, kalinga, pagmamahal, dunong at magtuwid sa amin. Dalangin lang namin na lumaki silang puno ng pag-ibig sa Panginoon at sa kapwa.

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” ‭‭[Proverbs‬ ‭22:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬]

Train up a child in the way he should go - The Hebrew of this clause is “chanac”, which we translate “train up or initiate”, signifies also “dedicate”; and is often used for consecrating any thing, house, or person, to the service of God. Dedicate, therefore, in the first instance, your child to God; and nurse, teach, and discipline him as God's child, whom He has entrusted to your care. These things observed, and illustrated by your own conduct, the child (you have God's word for it) will never depart from the path of life.

Safe Place

[Psalm 62:5-8 MSG]
"God, the One and Only—
I’ll wait as long as He says.
Everything I hope for comes from Him,
so why not?
He’s solid rock under my feet,
breathing room for my soul,
An impregnable castle:
I’m set for life.
My help and glory are in God
—granite-strength and safe-harbor-God—
So trust Him absolutely, people;
lay your lives on the line for Him.
God is a safe place to be."

You're Mine & I'm Yours

[Isaiah 43:1-4 MSG]
"But now, God’s Message,
the God who made you in the first place, Jacob,
the One who got you started, Israel:
“Don’t be afraid, I’ve redeemed you.
I’ve called your name. You’re mine.
When you’re in over your head, I’ll be there with you.
When you’re in rough waters, you will not go down.
When you’re between a rock and a hard place,
it won’t be a dead end—
Because I am God, your personal God,
The Holy of Israel, your Savior.
I paid a huge price for you:
all of Egypt, with rich Cush and Seba thrown in!
That’s how much you mean to me!
That’s how much I love you!
I’d sell off the whole world to get you back,
trade the creation just for you."
